The RG450MH is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2004. It was made in Japan by FujiGen and was a spot model that may have been sold exclusively in the UK market.

The RG450MH features a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include an Edge Pro double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, Ibanez pickups with V7 & V8 humbuckers flanking an S1 single-coil mounted in a pearloid pickguard, and Gotoh tuning machines.

The RG450LTD is a similar model with a basswood body and mirror pickguard. The RG450AH is a similar model with an ash body and dot position markers. The RG450GX is a similar model with gold hardware.

The RG450MH was produced only in 2004.
