The RG421AHM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2017. It was produced in Indonesia.
The RG421AHM features an ash body bolted to a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups mounted in metal pickup rings, a fixed bridge, and Ibanez tuning machines.
For 2020 the bridge was replaced with the F106.
The RG421 is a related model with a mahogany body and a rosewood fretboard.
This version of the RG421AHM was discontinued after 2023 and replaced for 2024 with a new version with direct mount pickups and a different output jack.
