The RG390DX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1998. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen and was sold only in Japan.

The RG390DX features a resoncast body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups in an HSH configuration, a locking nut and TRS101 double locking tremolo bridge.

The RG390GX is a similar model with gold hardware. Other resoncast bodied RGs include the RG380DX and RG480/ RGR480.
