The RG380 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1997.

The RG380 features a resoncast body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Ibanez pickups.

The RG380F is a similar model with a decorative gravure top and with gold hardware.

The RG380 was discontinued after 1997 and replaced by the essentially similar RG380DX
