The RG3570Z is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG3570Z features basswood body bolted to a titanium-reinforced maple and walnut Super Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and wedge sharktooth position markers. Components include bright yellow DiMarzio pickups with a pair of direct-mounted humbuckers flanking a single-coil, an Edge Zero double locking tremolo with a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer, Gotoh tuning machines and yellow top hat style knobs. It was offered in two classic 1980s Ibanez brightly colored finishes.
It was introduced at the 2009 Winter NAMM for the US market and added to the lineup in Japan later that year. From 2010, it was available worldwide.
The Super Wizard Prestige neck profile debuted with this and other RG3000 series models in 2009. It features the ultra-thin (17mm), ultra flat (17" radius) Wizard profile with a five piece laminated maple and walnut construction and internal KTS titanium reinforcement rods for extra stiffness. For 2010 it was renamed the Super Wizard HP neck.
The RG3770Z was a similar model with special finishes and without the neon yellow components.
This RG3570Z was replaced with a new model for 2012 which forgoes the neon accoutrements.
