The RG3270M is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2002. It was made in Japan as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG3270M features a flamed maple top on a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with offset abalone dot inlays. Components include DiMarzio pickups with two PAF Pro humbuckers flanking a Blue Velvet single-coil, a Lo Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The Edge Pro tremolo replaced the Lo Pro Edge for 2003.
The RG3270 is a nearly identical model with a rosewood fretboard. The RG3271 is a similar model with a hard-tail bridge.
The RG3270M was available only in Japan, but the RG3120 and RG3120F are similar models which were offered worldwide. It was discontinued after 2004.
