The RG3220 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1998. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The RG3220 features a mahogany body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.

The RG3120 is a similar model with a flamed maple top.

The RG3220 was discontinued after just one year.
