The RG320LTD is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2002. It was a spot model which was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The RG320LTD features an ash body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez V6F humbucking pickups and a Lo-TRS double locking tremolo bridge.

The RG320LTD was offered in limited numbers only in 2002.
