The RG320FML is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2003.

Features of the RG320FML include a basswood body with a flamed maple top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markings. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups and a double locking tremolo bridge.

The RG320FM is a right-handed version.

The RG320FML was discontinued in 2004.
