The RG320DXQM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2001. It was initially made in Korea by Cort and later in Indonesia. It was a spot model which was sold exclusively by the American retail chain Guitar Center.
The RG320DXQM features a quilted maple top on a basswood body bolted to a Wizard II maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings and a double locking tremolo bridge.
For 2002 the tremolo was changed from a Lo-TRS II to an Edge Pro II. For 2004 when production moved to Indonesia, several specification changes were introduced including new pickups, a 3-piece neck and the new Edge III bridge.
Similar models include the RG320DX, RG320FM, the RG320QS and the RG320DXFM.
The RG320DXQM was discontinued after 2005.
