The Ibanez RG2550Z is an RG series Prestige electric guitar model introduced in 2008 as a replacement for the RG2550E. New feature is the Edge Zero tremolo. Other features include a basswood body, pickguard mount DiMarzio IBZ pickups and a bound rosewood fingerboard with deluxe inlays. In 2010, the Wizard Prestige neck was renamed the Wizard HP neck, now with KTS Titanium reinforcement rods.
