The RG2520ZE is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG2520ZE features a basswood body bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with wedge (or ghost) sharktooth position markers. Components include dual EMG active humbucking pickups, an Edge Zero double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG2620ZE is a very similar model. The RG2620Z is a related model with passive DiMarzio pickups.
The RG2520ZE was available only Japan and was discontinued after one year in production.
