The Ibanez RG2520ZE is an RG series Prestige guitar model issued in 2009. Features include a basswood body, a bound fingerboard with deluxe inlays, EMG brand pickups and the Edge Zero tremolo. It was available in Japan only.

The RG2520ZE first replaced the 2008 RG2620ZE with new finishes but without the body binding. In 2010, a slightly altered RG2620ZE returned to the lineup, this time replacing the RG2520ZE.
