The RG1880C is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2000. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high end J Custom line.
The RG1880C features a mahogany body with a 4mm thick AAA grade curly maple top bolted to a J Custom neck with a 24-fret selected dark rosewood fingerboard with flame maple binding and offset dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio pickups with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG1880 and RG1880F are similar model with flame maple tops; the RG1880S has a flame maple top and pearl nickel hardware. The RG1808 is a somewhat similar model with a solid flame maple body and an ebony fretboard from 1996.
