The RG1308 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1996. It was made in Japan by FujiGen, originally as part of the high end J Custom range.

The RG1308 features a light ash body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio pickups with two humbuckers flanking a single-coil, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.

For 1998, the RG1308 was redesignated as a Prestige model and received minor tweaks.

The RG1302 is a similar model without the middle single coil pickup.

The RG1308 was discontinued after 1998.
