The RG1121PB is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2020. It was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The RG1121PB features an American basswood body with a 7mm thick poplar burl top bolted to an eleven piece maple, walnut and purpleheart Wizard neck with an ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo EVO gold frets, pearloid dot position markers, and luminescent side dots. Other components include a pair of DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups with brushed nickel covers, individual Mono-rail V bridges, and locking Gotoh tuning machines.
For 2021 the neck was changed to an eleven piece maple, walnut and bubinga construction.
The RG1127PBFX is a similar seven string model. The RG1120PBZ is a similar model with an Edge Zero II tremolo bridge. The RG6PPBFX is a related model with Bare Knuckle pickups and gold hardware.
