RC220 Transparent Cherry (more images)

The RC220 is a solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It is part of the retro-inspired Roadcore series and was produced in Indonesia.

The RC220 features a mahogany body with dual binding bolted to a gloss finished maple neck with 22-fret fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Core Tone humbucking pickups and a fixed bridge.

In mid-2017 a new fretboard material, treated New Zealand pine, replaced rosewood. For 2018 the bridge was changed to the F106.

The RC220 was discontinued after 2018 along with the rest of the Roadcore lineup.
