The RB860 is a "Deluxe" edition fret-less Roadstar II Bass series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1986. It was produced in Japan.

The RB860 features a double-cutaway basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a fret-less rosewood fingerboard with 24 fret lines, pearl dot position markers, side dots and a matching headstock. Components include a pair of LO-B "low impedance" pickup's, an Accu-cast B II bridge with 19mm string spacing, a plastic nut, black hardware, Ibanez Smooth Tuner BII tuning machines and Ibanez "Dead End" strap buttons.

The RB861 is a related fret-less model introduced for 1987.

The RB860 was only offered in 1986.
