The RB680 is a Roadstar II Bass series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1985. It was produced in Japan at the the Matsumoku factory.

The RB680 features a double-cutaway basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position marker, side dots and a black headstock. Components include a pair of J50 passive pickup's, an Accu-cast B II bridge with 19mm string spacing, a plastic nut, Hercules B tuning machines and Ibanez "Dead End" strap buttons.

The RB630 and RB650 are related models.

The RB680 was only offered in 1985.
