The R7131E22J4 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late September 2018. It was made in Japan by Sugi as part of the high-end J Custom line.

The R7131E22J4 also know as "R7131E22J4-31E" features a poplar burl top on a swamp ash body bolted to a wenge and purpleheart neck with an asymmetric profile and Velvetouch finish and a selected wenge fingerboard with pearl and abalone Tree of Life vine inlay. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, dual DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups, a mini-toggle coil split switch, recessed Easy Access control knob (volume only), Gotoh locking strap buttons and Gotoh tuning machines.

The R7131E22J4 was offered only in 2018.
