The R5123A25G1 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2022. It was crafted in Japan by Sugi as part of the high-end J Custom line. It is a spot model which was sold exclusively by European music retailer Axe Palace. It's also referred to as the R5123A25G1-35A.
The R5123A25G1 features a master grade quilted maple top on an ash body bolted to a maple and purpleheart neck with Velvetouch finish and a 24-fret maple fingerboard with pearl and abalone Tree of Life inlays and Luminlay side dots. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups with an Air Norton at the neck and The Tone Zone at the bridge, an Edge Zero double locking tremolo bridge with removable ZPS tuning stablizer, Gotoh tuning machines and Gotoh locking strap buttons.
