R200S Natural Red copyright sprite

The R200S is an R series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was produced in Korea.

The R200S features a new ragtime body with solid spruce top on bird's eye maple back and sides. The round soundhole has an oriental mosaic pattern. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white side dots. Components include a plastic saddle in a fancy compensated rosewood bridge with white bridge pins, a bone nut, and classic gold machines heads.


The R100 and R102 are related six and twelve string models with cedar top on nato body and classic chrome machine heads.

The R200S was discontinued after 1994.
