More about the Roadster series

The Roadster series is a line of solid body electric guitar and bass models produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. It was introduced in 1979 and offered for four years.

The Roadster guitars are similar in appearance to the Fender Stratocaster although without the Stratocaster's iconic pickguard or angled output jack. It has an offset double-cutaway body with rounded contours and rounded edges and single-coil pickups with a 5-way selector. The Roadster basses are similar to Fender basses. (more...)
