The John Scofield series is a line of semi-hollow body six-string electric guitar models manufactured for Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. It is a signature series for American jazz-rock guitarist John Scofield. The initial model in the line, the JSM100, was introduced in 2001.
The design of the JSM series was based on a vintage AS200 which Scofield owns and still plays on stage. (more...)
