The PN1 is a Performance series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2015. It was produced in China.
The PN1 features a parlor body with a laminated spruce top edged with herringbone purfling and ivory binding on mahogany back and sides with a gloss finish. The round soundhole has a black and white classical mosaic rosette. The mahogany neck has an 18-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and small white dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge with ivory Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez open gear tuning machines with ivory buttons.
For 2018 the back and sides were replaced with sapele and the rosewood fretboard and bridge were replaced with nandu wood. For 2019 the back, sides and neck was changed to nyatoh.
The PN1MH is a similar model with a mahogany or sapele top.
The PN1 was discontinued after 2024
