PGM500 Candy Apple (more images)

The PGM500 is a PGM series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1993. It is a signature model of American guitarist Paul Gilbert.

Notable features include a basswood body, a Wizard neck with reversed headstock, DiMarzio pickups, a standard hard-tail bridge and Paul Gilbert's signature painted-on F-holes.

A similar, more exclusive model was issued as the PGM400, also introduced in 1993.

The PGM500 was discontinued after 1999.
