The PGM200 is a PGM series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1990. It is a signature model of American guitarist Paul Gilbert. It is the second PGM model following the PGM100 which was introduced the previous year.

One distinctive feature of this model is the triple humbucking pickup configuration. Other features include a basswood body, a Wizard neck, a standard hard-tail bridge and Paul Gilbert's signature painted F-holes.

The PGM200 was available only in Japan.

Paul Gilbert himself played a couple of custom guitars similar to the PGM200, including a red and blue triple humbucking hard-tail guitar and an HSH tremolo-equipped guitar featuring the PGM200 color scheme, which he later also converted into a hard-tail.
