The PF3 is a Performance series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was produced in South Korea.
The PF3 features a dreadnought body with spruce top on nato back and sides with a black and white binding. The round soundhole has a black and white multi-purfling rosette ring and a black pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge with black bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome covered tuning machines.
The PF5 is a similar model with open pore finish. The PF512 is a related 12-string model. The PF5CE is an electric-acoustic model with cutaway and piezo pickup.
