The PF15-12 is an Performance series 12-string acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was produced in South Korea.

The PF15-12 (also referred as the PF1512) features a dreadnought body with a spruce top on brazilian grained ovankol back and sides with binding. The round soundhole has a black and white purfling rosette and a tortoise color pickguard. The maple neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge with white bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.

The PF15 is a related six-string model.

The PF15-12 was discontinued after 1995.
