The PC30CE is a Performance series acoustic/electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2017. It was made in China and sold only in Japan.
The PC30CE features a grand concert body shape with a Venetian cutaway and a laminated spruce top with black and ivory multi-binding on mahogany back and sides with a gloss finish. The round soundhole has a maple rosette. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and special wooden vine position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge with ivory Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez tuning machines. Electronics consist of an Ibanez undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner powered by a 9V battery, and ¼" stereo output.
For 2018 the mahogany back and sides were replaced with sapele.
