The PC14MHCE is a Performance series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2020. It is produced in Indonesia.
The PC14MHCE features a grand concert body with a Venetian cutaway copnstructed of laminated okoume top, back and sides with an open pore finish. The round soundhole has a tortoiseshell and white rosette and a black pickguard. The nyatoh neck has a 21-fret laurel fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a laurel bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez open gear tuning machines.
The PC14MHCE's electronics consist of an Ibanez under saddle pickup connected to an AEQ-2T preamp with on-board tuner powered by a 9V battery and feeding a ¼" stereo output jack.
For 2023 the body length was very slightly increased.
The PC12MHCE is a similar model with a natural finish and tortoise pickguard.
