The PA300E is an acoustic/electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It is part of the new Platinum Collection & it is produced in China.
The PA300E-NSL features a solid German spruce top with okoume back and sides, yielding punchy treble, robust midrange, and woody low end. A gorgeous 5-piece African mahogany and pau ferro neck with Macassar ebony fingerboard offers impeccable response and playability whether you're fingerpicking or flatpicking.
To ensure that the 6 strings on the long scale of 655 mm intonate cleanly, the manufacturer relies on a high-quality jewel layer and a 45 mm wide nut made of bone. Furthermore, the chrome-plated die-cast tuners with an 18:1 ratio allow for precise tuning. The top wood is edged with a fine maple binding, which creates a tasteful transition to the dark wood of the body. A specially designed soundhole rosette and the top wood bridge made of Macassar ebony round off the modern appearance in a very harmonious way.
The heart of the Ibanez PA300E-NSL is undoubtedly the in-house pickup system. Three pickup points (Magnetic, Undersaddle, Contact) provide an unadulterated amplified sound, which does justice to the natural tone of the guitar above all. The pickups can be individually adjusted and tuned to each other via the side preamp. In addition, the signal can be passed on to the amplifier in mono or stereo.
