The NDM4 is a solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2016. It is the fourth signature guitar model of Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman, lead guitarist for American band The Offspring. It was produced in China.

The NDM4's body style is based on the original Talman series TV shape from the mid 1990's. The NDM4 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include dual soapbar-style single coil pickups and a fixed bridge.

For 2018 the rosewood fretboard was replaced by ebony for guitars sold outside of the USA market. The rosewood fretboard NDM4 was discontinued after 2018.

It replaced the NDM3 which is similar except for the finish and specific pickups.

The NDM4 was discontinued after 2019. It was replaced by the NDM5.
