The Ibanez MTM2 is an MTM series guitar model and signature model of Mick Thomson, guitarist for American band Slipknot. It is based on the RG series and features include a mahogany body, Wizard II neck with reversed headstock, two humbucking pickups and a Fixed Edge III bridge.

The MTM2 was introduced in 2007 as a 'standard' model besides the more 'deluxe' MTM1 introduced earlier.

For 2010 a white version of the MTM2 is added to the lineup; The V7 and V8 pickups are also replaced with Duncan Designed HB-105MT pickups, the Duncan Designed versions of the Seymour Duncan Blackouts EMTY Mick Thomson signature pickups.
