The MTM1 is an MTM series solid body electric guitar model produced by Ibanez. It is a signature model of Mick Thomson, lead guitarist for American heavy metal band Slipknot. It was introduced in mid-2015 and was produced in Indonesia.

The MTM1 features a neck-thru construction with mahogany body wings and white binding on a maple and walnut Wizard II neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fretboard. Components include dual Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups, an FX Edge III fixed bridge with fine tuners, a locking nut.

The MTM1 is a reintroduction of the RG-bodied MTM1 (2006–2011) which was the first Mick Thomson model. It is based on the RG series. It replaced the Glaive-style MTM100. The MTM20 is a mass-market version of the MTM1.

The MTM1 was discontinued in 2016 when Thomson left Ibanez to endorse Jackson guitars.[1]
