The KOMRAD20 is a seven-string solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2014. It is a Signature guitar of Brian "Head" Welch of the American nu metal band Korn. The guitar was produced in Japan by FujiGen and is based on the RGD series.

The KOMRAD20 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with no inlays. Components include DiMarzio PAF7 pickups and a fixed bridge.

In 2015 a new Red Splatter (on black) finish replaced 2014's white splatter finish and henceforth the model has been referred to as the KOMRAD20RS.

Welch left Ibanez for ESP/LTD in late 2016, but the KOMRAD20RS still appeared in the 2017 catalogs, perhaps due to the lead times in producing the catalog. The guitar was removed from the Ibanez websites in January 2017.
