This instrument is quite unlike any S that has been built before and the final result is nothing short of a feast for the eyes, and most certainly the ears. The body is comprised of Buckeye Burl and a stunning yellow epoxy resin, the combination of which is truly compelling to see. The body is also coated in a transparent blue finish, darkening the Buckeye to an ocean-like appearance, with the epoxy serving the role of a small chain of islands in a tropical sea. Other element that truly set this guitar apart are a set-neck construction.

The JPCS26 - "TROPICS" features a Buckeye Burl body with yellow epoxy resin mated to a set-in 5 piece mahogany and bubinga neck with a 24-fret Birdseye Maple fingerboard with abalone dots and luminlay side dots position markers. Components include a DiMarzio Air Norton humbuckers pickups on the neck position, a DiMarzio True Velvet single coil pickup in the middle position and a DiMarzio The Tone Zone humbuckers pickups in the bridge position, a Lo-pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, gold hardware and Gotoh tuning machines. Includes Hardshell Case & Certificate of Authenticity
