This may be one of, if not the most, unique S models ever built. Its most impactful feature is the hybrid body, comprised of two beautiful pieces of Koa, joined at the center by captivatingly clear epoxy resin, creating an effect reminiscent of a crevasse or canyon. The clear resin makes the center of the guitar transparent and turns up the custom vibes on this axe well past the point of overdrive. Other unique highlight of this instrument include a set neck construction, highly unusual and very rare for an S model.

The JPCS25 - "KOA CANYON" features a Koa with transparent resin body mated to a set-in 5 piece mahogany and bubinga neck with a 24-fret Ebony fingerboard with MOP dots and luminlay side dots position markers. Components include a DiMarzio Air Norton humbuckers pickups on the neck position, a DiMarzio True Velvet single coil pickup in the middle position and a DiMarzio The Tone Zone humbuckers pickups in the bridge position, a Lo-pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, gold hardware and Gotoh tuning machines. Includes Hardshell Case & Certificate of Authenticity
