The JPCS23 "DESERT'S EDGE" is a seven string high end J Custom line. RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2022. It was crafted by the Japan Custom Shop in Nagoya as part of the 50th anniversary of Ibanez’s US-based distributor Hoshino U.S.A. Inc.

The JPCS23 is a One-off model which is sold exclusively by select Ibanez music retailers.

The JPCS23 - "DESERT'S EDGE" features Black Limba body with Buckeye Burl and green epoxy resin top bolted to a 5 piece wenge and purpleheart neck, with spalted maple fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets with Luminlay dots and luminlay side dots inlays. Components are a set of DiMarzio PAF 7™ Humbucking pickups on the neck and bridge positions, a Lo-Pro Edge 7 double locking tremolo bridge, satin gold hardware, gotoh machine heads and includes hardshell case & certificate of authenticity.
