The JEM10TH is a JEM series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1996. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as a signature model for American guitarist Steve Vai. It was released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the introduction of the JEM series.

The JEM10TH features an American basswood body with abalone purfling and pearloid binding bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with pearloid binding and pearl and abalone Tree of Life vine inlays. Components include DiMarzio Evolution pickups mounted in an engraved aluminum pickguard with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.

Each example has a unique serial number engraved in the pickguard. Officially only 600 examples were created[1], but based on the sequential serial numbers some believe that 852 or more were actually made.

The JEM10TH was discontinued in 1997.
