The JCRG23C01 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It was produced in Japan by Sugi as part of the high-end J Custom line. and offered as a one-off model exclusively for Japanese retailer Kurosawa Gakki.
The JCRG23C01 features African mahogany body with exotic maple top bolted to a maple and purpleheart wizard neck with a 24-fret selected ebony fingerboard with abalone and blue resin tree of life inlays and luminlay side dots. Components include a DiMarzio Air Norton humbucking pickup on the neck position and a DiMarzio The Tone Zone humbucking pickup on the bridge position, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, Gotoh machine heads, Gotoh Strap lock pins and chrome hardware.
The JCRG23C02 is a similar model with pink fade finish, selected maple fretboard and gold hardware.
