The JCRG22S09 is a RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for Portal:2022. It was crafted in Japan by Sugi as part of the high-end J Custom line. It is a One-off model which is sold exclusively by select Japanese and European music retailers.
The JCRG22S09 features a lightweight swamp ash body with a figured and bookmatched redwood top by bolted to a wenge and purpleheart asymmetric super wizard neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard without inlays and luminlay side dots. Components include a set of DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, Gotoh machine heads, Gotoh Strap lock pins and black hardware.
Only a single example was produced.
