The JCRG2101 is a limited edition RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2021. It was made in Japan by Sugi as part of the high end J Custom line.
The JCRG2101 is a spot model which is sold exclusively by select Japanese and European music retailers.
The "JCRG2101" features a Wizard 3pc Wenge/Maple neck with Luminlay side dot inlays, All Access Neck Joint, an Ebony fretboard with Burl Maple & Blue Resin top / Swamp Ash body, DiMarzio® Air Norton™ / True Velvet™ / The Tone Zone® pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, Gotoh tuning machines and Gotoh Strap lock pins.
The JCRG2101 was limited to only 3 units, of these two were made for the Japanese market and one for the European market.
