The JCRG20138 is an eight-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2013. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high-end J Custom line. It was also referred to as the JCRG813.
The JCRG20138 features an ash body with a AAA flamed maple top bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret flame maple bound rosewood fretboard with Tree of Life vine inlays. Components include dual active EMG humbucking pickups, an FX Edge III-8 hard-tail bridge, a locking nut, Gotoh tuning machines and Free Lock II strap locks.
The JCRG20138 was discontinued after 2013.
