The JCRG1801 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late October 2018. It is made in Japan by Sugi as part of the high-end J Custom line. This model is also being sold in Europe as the R9441F22G5.
The R9441F22G5 features a buckeye burl top in which the voids have been filled with blue resin on a swamp ash body bolted to a wenge and purpleheart Wizard neck with a Velvetouch finish and a selected white ebony fingerboard with pearl and abalone Tree of Life vine inlay. Components include an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, dual DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups, a mini-toggle coil split switch, recessed Easy Access control knob (volume only), Gotoh locking strap buttons and Gotoh tuning machines.
