The JBM27 is a seven-string solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 2016. It is a Signature guitar of Jake Bowen of the American progressive metal band Periphery. The JBM27 is produced in Indonesia and is based on the RGA series.

It was introduced as a seven-string variant of the JBM20, which is a mass-market version of Bowen's Prestige JBM100.

The JBM27 features a mahogany body with a maple top bolted to a maple neck with a reversed headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and a special moon inlay at the 12th fret. Components include dual DiMarzio custom humbucking pickups, an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and locking Gotoh tuning machines.

For 2018 the rosewood fretboard was replaced with jatoba. For 2019 the mahogany body was replaced by nyatoh. For 2021 the neck was changed to maple and bubinga and the rosewood fretboard returned. For 2026 the nyatoh body was replaced by okoume.
