The IKJCS45th is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2020. It is a J Custom model made in Japan by Sugi as a spot model to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Japanese retailer Ikebe Gakki.
The IKJCS45th features a buckeye burl top which has had its voids filled with either red or blue resin on an African mahogany body mated to a set-in African mahogany neck with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard with abalone and mother of pearl Tree of Life inlay. The headstock features the same buckeye burl as the body and has an abalone logo and the neck shares the slightly thicker profile of the AT100 (Andy Timmons signature). Components include DiMarzio pickups with pair of black & cream zebra humbuckers flanking a single-coil, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, Gotoh tuning machines, African mahogany rear cavity covers, and Gotoh knurled metal knobs.
