The IJV30 is a Jampack series ¾-sized acoustic guitar kit introduced by Ibanez in mid 2010. It is made in China. It includes a V30 guitar along with a gig bag, strap, chromatic tuner, accessory pouch and plectrums.
The V30 features a ¾ dreadnought body constructed of a laminated spruce top on agathis sides and back. The round soundhole has a black and white decal rosette and a black pickguard. The mahogany neck joins the body at the 14th fret and has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a compensated Ivorex II saddle in a rosewood bridge with ivory Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, an Ivorex II nut, a black pickguard, and chrome Ibanez covered tuning machines.
For 2013 the Ivorex II nut and saddle were replaced with plastic. For 2016 the body size was changed. For 2018 the rosewood fretboard and bridge were replaced with nandu wood. For 2019 the neck was changed from mahogany to nyatoh. The body dimensions were changed for 2021.
The IJV50 is a similar full-sized model. The IJC30 is a similar model with a grand concert body.
