The IJSR190 (known in the US market as the IJXB150B) is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass package including a GSR190 bass which was introduced by Ibanez for 2013. It was made in China as part of the GIO line. It is also referred to as the IJSR190E or IJSR190U.
The GSR190 features a double-cutaway poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez standard passive pickups with a Jazz pickup at the bridge and a Precision pickup at the neck, a B10 bridge with 19mm string spacing, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
For 2018 the rosewood fingerboard was replaced with treated New Zealand pine. For 2021 the fretboard material was changed to purpleheart.
The IJSR190N is a similar model sold in the USA.
In addition to the GSR190 bass, the package also includes a small 10 watt combo amp, an instrument stand, a gig bag, a strap and a few other pieces.
The IJSR190 was discontinued after 2023 along with the entire range of Jumpstart models for bass and guitar.
