The ICX120 is an ICX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2000. The ICX series is a line of guitars with bodies similar to but more compact than the Iceman models. As an Iceman model it is part of the X series.

The ICX120 features a more compact body than the typical Iceman. Other differences from the traditional Iceman models include the master volume and tone controls rather than the individual volume and tone controls for each pickup, a non-mahogany body and a bolt-on rather than set-in neck joint.

The ICX120 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a fixed bridge and tailpiece and dual Ibanez Axis humbucking pickups.

The ICX120 was replaced by the ICX220 for 2005.
